The story
Baba Yaga is one of the best-known figures of Slavic folklore — a forest witch who, in the fairy tales, flies in a mortar and lives in a hut on chicken legs.
Here the legend has a new voice: in the night club "Veltar's Shadow", among ancient trees, elves, nymphs and samodivas dance under the lasers, and Baba Yaga is behind the decks. "No broom, yet she flies with flair — Granny Yaga's tearing up the place tonight!"
The song is a dance track with a sense of humour — the old burns away and new beauty rises from the ashes. Tonight is hers.
Lyrics
Original Bulgarian lyrics with English translation.
One, two…
What happened?
Come on, come on, come on!
Verse 1
In the dark forest, where dreams sleep,
the world awakens beneath our feet.
Something shines in the darkness ahead —
the old legend has a new voice.
Pre-chorus
Everyone freezes — just for a moment.
No broom, yet she flies with flair —
Granny Yaga's tearing up the place tonight!
Look at her now…
Chorus
После…
Chaos. Rhythm. Then… silence.
Yaga… Yaga…
Dance with her.
Yaga… Yaga…
Tonight is hers.
Verse 2
Everything old burned away,
from the ashes, beauty rose again.
The magic inside her is awakening —
rhythm is all she needs tonight.
Pre-chorus
No broom, yet she flies with flair —
Granny Yaga's tearing up the place tonight!
После…
Chaos. Rhythm. Then… silence.
Bridge
She is here.
Can you hear?
She is here.
Look at her now…
Chorus
Yaga… Yaga…
После…
Chaos. Rhythm. Then… silence.
Yaga… Yaga…
Dance with her.
That's how it's done!
