The story
"Where Are You, Kotyo?" is a playful action song about a commando cat: a black shadow in the dust, two pistols in her paws and eyes that glow in the dark.
One careless second — and a funeral awaits you. The cat laughs at fear, fires to the beat and every battle is a victory. And in the end she might shoot you just for fun. Meow.
Lyrics
Original Bulgarian lyrics with English translation.
Where are you, Kotyo?
Where are you, Kotyo?
Verse 1
She slips slowly through the night
with two pistols in her hands
a black shadow, covered in dust
I caught sight of the she-cat
Her eyes flash in the darkness
bullets tear across the night
What is that soft and silent step?
A brutal sight awaits me
Pre-chorus
Razor claws that leave no trace
she's going to slit my throat
She shoots me from a wicked angle
and every battle is a victory
Chorus
She watches with those playful eyes
firing her pistol to the beat
The commando cat — Niaa
she might just steal my mind (Meow!)
Verse 2
She leaps lightly, leaves no trace
and she isn't scared of the night
One careless second
and my funeral awaits
Like a storm across the city
she laughs in the face of fear
Two little sparks in the darkness
lead the way back to freedom
Chorus
She watches with those playful eyes
firing her pistol to the beat
The commando cat is the enemy
and she'll shoot you just for fun (Meow!)
